Role Overview:
- Produce detailed mechanical designs, specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
- Support project delivery on time, within budget, and to technical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
- Strong knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and best practice.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Degree, HNC, or HND in a Building Services or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Confident communicator, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Progress toward Chartered status is a plus.
