The Role

As a Senior Revit Technician, you will work closely with Structural Engineers, Architects, and external consultants to deliver high-quality structural models and drawings from concept through to construction.

You will be responsible for overseeing BIM coordination, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the development of best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of accurate structural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
  • Liaise with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and external consultants throughout project delivery.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of BIM processes, work flows, and standards.
  • Assist with project planning, programme delivery, and resource coordination.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure.
  • Extensive experience producing and coordinating structural models and drawings across a variety of building projects.
  • Strong understanding of UK construction methods, structural engineering principles, and BIM processes.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD and wider BIM software would be advantageous.
