A progressive, award-winning engineering consultancy is growing its London team and looking for a Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer who wants to work on meaningful, high-profile projects that genuinely shape the built environment.

The Opportunity
- You’ll work across a diverse portfolio ranging from community and cultural projects to commercial, healthcare, residential, and specialist infrastructure schemes.
- The role offers real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to influence both design outcomes and the wider direction of the practice.
- Depending on experience, you will:
- Deliver structural designs from concept through to construction.
- Lead or contribute to small and medium projects, and support larger, complex schemes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers; review and verify design work.
- Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Attend site visits, meetings, and design workshops.
- Contribute to project scope, fees, and programme planning.
- Ensure compliance with UK standards, CDM regulations, and sustainability goals.
About You
- You’re technically strong, curious, and thoughtful in how you approach engineering — and you care about the impact your work has.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2–5+ years’ experience in structural engineering, including UK consultancy experience.
- Chartered or actively working towards Chartership.
- Confident working independently while thriving in collaborative teams.
- Strong communicator with clear written and spoken English.
- Experience with UK standards and design software (e.g. Tekla, Revit).
- Interest or experience in timber, composites, sustainability, or specialist sectors is a plus.
