Senior Structural Engineer
Are you a Senior Structural Engineer looking to work on technically challenging projects while progressing your career?This is the opportunity for you to join a collaborative engineering team delivering structural design solutions across a diverse portfolio of building projects.
As the Senior Structural Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, work alongside multidisciplinary teams and play an important role in mentoring junior engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
Asa Senior Structural Engineer, in this role you will
- Deliver structural engineering designs from concept to construction.
- Produce structural calculations, reports, drawings and technical specifications.
- Develop innovative structural solutions using 3D design software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.
- Review technical work and mentor junior engineers.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project delivery.
- What You’ll Bring
You'll ideally have
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered status or be working towards Chartership.
- Consultancy experience designing building structures.
- Strong knowledge of British Standards and CDM Regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.
