We are working with a well-established Property Management company who are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a high-profile mixed-use estate in The City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hard and soft FM services including security, cleaning, waste management, and landscaping
  • Oversee reactive helpdesk and maintenance repairs, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA's
  • Lead Health & Safety and statutory compliance across the estate
  • Review and manage occupier RAMS and contractor compliance
  • Manage incidents and insurance claims
  • Support the safe delivery of small events and estate activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven Facilities or Operations Management experience in a retail, mixed-use, or public-realm environment
  • Strong knowledge of H&S and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing contractors, reactive maintenance, and helpdesk systems
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach

Desirable Qualifications

  • IOSH / NEBOSH or similar
  • IWFM / BIFMA
