Intermediate Mechanical Engineer .
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a smaller, specialist consultancy, with plenty of exposure to senior engineers and Directors from day one.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a variety of projects across sectors including
- Commercial
- Student accommodation
- Education
- Health
- Real estate
- You’ll be working across
RIBA Stages 2–4 , supporting the delivery of mechanical building services designs while developing your technical and consultancy skills.
The role will also give you exposure to
- Mechanical design and calculations
- Technical documentation and specifications
- Client and project meetings
- Design development and project delivery
- Wider consultancy and commercial considerations
- Working alongside other engineering disciplines
- What They're Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have
- Experience within a building services consultancy
- Junior to Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineering experience
- A good understanding of mechanical building services design
- Experience working across RIBA stages
- A genuine interest in developing technically
- Good communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of your work
- A proactive and curious approach to engineering
