Are you a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to grow your knowledge and experience while working on genuinely world leading projects? My client is looking to recruit an Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their London office. You will provide solutions to local infrastructure and utility needs, through to planning entire cities across the globe, whilst offering an integrated multi-disciplinary service throughout the whole project life cycle, from planning through to design and implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design, from project proposition through to construction.
- Planning project resources and finances and monitoring job financial performance.
- Managing technical staff, with responsibility for planning team workload, as well as assisting and mentoring staff where needed, and developing more junior team members.
- Applying customer focus as part of the work winning team securing the group's project pipeline.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a demonstrable track record of leading a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage).
- Experience of successful international multidisciplinary project delivery.
- A willingness to travel, and desire to lead continuous quality improvement in our work.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and MicroDrainage.
