We are working with a well-established Property Management company who are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a high-profile mixed-use estate in The City.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hard and soft FM services including security, cleaning, waste management, and landscaping
- Oversee reactive helpdesk and maintenance repairs, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA’s
- Lead Health & Safety and statutory compliance across the estate
- Review and manage occupier RAMS and contractor compliance
- Manage incidents and insurance claims
- Support the safe delivery of small events and estate activities
- Maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven Facilities or Operations Management experience in a retail, mixed-use, or public-realm environment
- Strong knowledge of H&S and compliance requirements
- Experience managing contractors, reactive maintenance, and helpdesk systems
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
Desirable Qualifications
- IOSH / NEBOSH or similar
- IWFM / BIFMA
