What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

  • Chartered or near-Chartered Structural / Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
  • Strong experience delivering building structures projects in the UK
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent technical design capability across core materials (steel / concrete / timber / masonry)
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
  • Desire to contribute to business development and company growth
  • A passion for engineering innovation and design-led solutions
