The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Senior or Principal BIM Specialist to join the growing team. In this role, you’ll lead project-based BIM delivery from concept through to tender, ensuring high-quality models, robust data, and seamless coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead both standard and complex modelling activities across projects
- Produce and review high-quality BIM deliverables aligned with industry and graphical standards
- Monitor and manage model health, including clash detection and service coordination
- Lead internal BIM meetings and support collaboration with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Review BIM documentation such as BEPs and provide informed feedback
- Ensure COBie, asset data input, and parameter management meet project requirements
- Mentor and support junior team members through training and day-to-day guidance
- Promote BIM tools, lead internal training initiatives, and represent the BIM function in meetings
What You Bring
- Significant BIM experience within the MEP industry
- Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM workflows and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently
- A passion for producing quality outputs and supporting the development of others
- Bonus: Experience with COBie, data-rich modelling, and BIM documentation review
