Lead MEP Revit Coordinator

Lead MEP Revit Coordinator £40/hr – £45/hr Croyden Office Based Join a well-established and reputable building services consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. Our client is committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in engineering solutions. We are looking for an experienced MEP Revit Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating MEP projects using Revit MEP, ensuring all designs meet BIM Level 2 standards. * Participating in internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and requirements. * Checking and reviewing work produced by other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. * Utilising Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. * Creating and managing schedules and sheets within Revit MEP. Key Requirements: * Proficiency in Revit MEP and a strong understanding of its functionality. * Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of COBie Data and BIM Level 2 standards. * Ability to produce neat and accurate drawings and models. * Experience with Dynamo is a plus but not essential.
