About the Role: As a Project Manager, you'll be based in Datchet. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. Reporting to the Construction Director, your role will be taking projects from appointment to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and bringing them into budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have substantial experience in the interiors sector, ideally with a background in trades such as joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings, general building with some M&E knowledge.
- You will require an excellent knowledge of materials and techniques of various interior systems progressing through your career to a Project Manager position.
- You will be required to work not only under your own control but also as a team player.
- You will require excellent communicational skills as the role involves close working with our client base and sub-contractors and be an excellent problem solver.
- Excellent IT knowledge and skill.
- Experience in Microsoft projects.
- Programming.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Budget control.
- Cat A & B fit out experience.
Hours of work: 07.30am to 17.00hrs (30 mins for lunch). The role is office/Site Based. We don’t support agile working. Own transport required. Live within one and a half hours of office.

- Be able to pass a criminal record check (CRC).
