About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be based in Datchet. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. Reporting to the Construction Director, your role will involve taking projects from appointment to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and bringing them within budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have substantial experience in the interiors sector, ideally with a background in trades such as joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings, and general building with some M&E knowledge.
- You will require excellent knowledge of materials and techniques of various interior systems, progressing through your career to a Project Manager position.
- You will be required to work not only under your own control but also as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills are essential as the role involves close working with our client base and sub-contractors.
- You should be an excellent problem solver.
- Excellent IT knowledge and skills, including experience in Microsoft Projects.
- Programming and excellent documentation skills.
- Budget control and Cat A & B fit-out experience.
Hours of Work: 07.30am to 17.00hrs (30 mins for lunch). The role is office/site based. We do not support agile working. Own transport is required. You must live within one and a half hours of the office.
