The Datacenter Operations team plays a critical role in supporting rapid global growth by deploying and managing world‑class infrastructure. The team takes full responsibility for each site, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and built to perform at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for datacenter operations, handling escalations and ensuring smooth functioning of critical infrastructure.
- Audit and manage design limitations and risks, collaborating with colocation partners and service providers to maintain top‑tier reliability.
- Drive change management for high‑risk maintenance activities and ensure operational excellence.
- Respond to incidents onsite as the first point of contact, coordinating with engineering experts to resolve issues quickly.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams while supporting strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of power and cooling calculations (TIA‑942, ASHRAE standards).
- Experience with power redundancy designs (e.g., 2N or N+1 Distributed Redundant).
- Knowledge of cooling redundancy and concurrent maintainability (e.g., N+1 or N+2).
- Hands‑on experience in supervising data hall build‑outs, including IT services coordination, power, and cooling planning.
- Commissioning tests (L1–L5) to validate design intent and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Electrical/mechanical systems such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, and sub‑distribution systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GPU servers (H100, B200, GB200).
- Diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment with strong organizational skills.
- Vendor and project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
