The Opportunity

We’re recruiting three experienced Electricians to support a busy programme of compliance and remedial works across commercial and industrial sites.

  • Current Openings:
    • ~2 x Commercial Roles – Travel across Scotland
    • ~1 x Industrial/Quarries Role – Travel across Scotland & North of England

These are field-based roles with direct-to-site travel, offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on essential infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Electrical inspection & testing to BS7671 standards
  • Carrying out remedial works following inspections
  • Testing emergency lighting and associated systems
  • Working across commercial, industrial, and quarry environments
  • Following strict safety procedures and client specifications

You’ll be travelling daily to client sites, with occasional stays away (fully supported with accommodation and allowances).

Pay & Overtime

  • Standard (up to 37 hrs): £28.00/hour
  • Overtime (x1.5 – after 37 hrs & Saturdays): £42.00/hour
  • Sunday (Double Time): £56.00/hour
  • Night Rate (up to 37 hrs): £37.25/hour
  • Night Overtime: £51.24/hour

Plenty of opportunity to increase earnings through overtime and travel-based work.

What You’ll Need

  • Qualified Electrician
  • 18th Edition (BS7671)
  • ECS Card
  • Experience in inspection & testing within commercial/industrial settings
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly

Desirable (not essential):

  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
  • First Aid (Emergency Aid)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Basic DBS (within last 3 months)
