We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Administrator based in London on a permanent basis. The FOH Administrator will look after the main front of house for a high-end commercial property in the heart of Mayfair and be the main point of contact for occupiers and field initial queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the fundamentals of customer services are followed and delivery to the highest standards
  • Deliver a warm welcome and a fond farewell to clients, occupiers, visitors
  • Ensure front of house areas are always immaculately presented
  • Adhere to H&S protocols
  • Responding to telephone or email enquiries from internal or external clients
  • Ensure property visitor management processes are strictly followed
  • Deal with complaints and offer prompt resolutions, escalate where necessary
  • Data processing and management of databases
  • Log any property faults/issues with the helpdesk and inform the Facilities Management team
  • Build professional relationships with clients, occupiers, guests, and stakeholders
  • Carry out Quality Assurance Checks/walk arounds (inside and outside the building)

What you need

  • Experience working within the Property Management sector (desirable)
  • Possess excellent communication, both written and verbal skills
  • Strong academic background with good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm or 9am - 6pm (on-site).
