Overview
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership and the board, you’ll take ownership of the full finance function, leading a high-performing team while delivering strategic insight across multiple offices and business sectors.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Delivering accurate monthly, annual and statutory reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- KPI reporting, margin analysis and business performance insights
- Strengthening systems, controls and financial processes
- Supporting growth strategy, acquisitions and commercial planning
- Managing auditors, banks, pension schemes and insurance renewals
- Acting as Company Secretary and presenting to board level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Knowledge of Sage 200
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong governance focus
