Thier London office is growing, and are seeking a dynamic Director to lead and manage a talented team of professionals in delivering exceptional MEP solutions to their clients.

Job Description:

As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the team and the business. You will lead a team of up to 28 personnel, working on complex and high-value projects across the MEP sector. With your extensive leadership and technical expertise, you will mentor and develop the team, ensuring that we maintain our industry-leading standards and deliver outstanding results. Your role will include overseeing project delivery, fostering client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the growth strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 28 professionals, ensuring high-performance standards and effective collaboration.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical oversight on MEP projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Foster a positive and innovative work culture, focusing on continuous improvement and team development.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Associate Director, Team Lead, or similar senior role within the MEP industry.
  • Strong technical background with a bias towards either electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in managing a large team and leading complex MEP projects.
  • A strong track record of client management and business development.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
