Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing project documentation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project-related documentation is accurately recorded, maintained, and readily accessible, facilitating seamless communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Control and manage company and project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory standards.
Project Coordination: Support project administration and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely project completion.
Reporting: Produce reports for senior managers and assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
Version Control: Manage version control of all project documents, ensuring the latest versions are used and historical versions are archived appropriately.
Communication: Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and communications.
