We’re seeking a seasoned Principal Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of fast-paced, high-density GPU data center builds across the U.S. and globally. Reporting to the Director of Data Center Construction, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring delivery of safe, on-schedule, and on-budget facilities that meet some of the most demanding power and cooling specs in the industry. This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives under pressure, moves decisively in the field, and excels at coordinating cross-trade execution in complex, mission-critical environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end construction execution from site mobilization to substantial completion
  • Enforce a zero-incident safety culture across all contractors and trades
  • Lead real-time coordination of CSA and MEP scopes, resolving field conflicts efficiently
  • Track daily site progress, resource loading, budget burn, and earned value
  • Oversee QA/QC, RFI workflows, material submittals, and change-order processes
  • Interface with internal design, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams for seamless handoffs
  • Travel regularly (50%+) to active construction sites and vendor facilities across the U.S.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects (≥ 20 MW)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Deep understanding of CSA and MEP scopes, fast-track build methods, and commissioning practices
  • OSHA 30 certified (or equivalent) with strong familiarity with NFPA 70E, local codes, and permit processes
  • Proven track record of delivering projects across multiple geographies on aggressive schedules
  • Strong leadership skills — able to align trades, manage conflict, and drive execution
  • Comfortable working from IFC plans, BIM/Revit models, and construction documentation in the field
  • Willing and able to be on-site from start to finish of major projects

This is a U.S.-based role. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to travel 50%+ to active project sites.
