Our client, a leading consultancy known for their expertise in commissioning management across various sectors, is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee and manage commissioning processes on diverse projects. With a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and collaboration, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, ensuring they meet stringent performance criteria and client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee commissioning activities from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. * Develop comprehensive commissioning strategies, plans, and schedules tailored to each project\’s unique requirements. * Conduct thorough commissioning reviews, ensuring designs are practical and meet performance standards. * Lead on-site and off-site testing, including factory acceptance tests, and document results meticulously. * Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to coordinate commissioning activities and resolve issues promptly. * Ensure all commissioning processes adhere to relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. * Produce detailed progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions. * Oversee post-occupancy evaluations, seasonal testing, and soft landings to ensure sustained building performance.
