What you’ll be doing:

As part of our Building Surveying & Project Management team, you’ll get hands‑on experience across projects of all sizes and sectors, including public, military, education, commercial, and residential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking surveys, including measured surveys, on new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
  • Preparing project documentation, specifications, and tender packages.
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitoring construction works, managing budgets, and assisting Project Managers on‑site.
  • Learning to use tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS to deliver high‑quality, accurate project outputs.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Building Surveying degree (essential).
  • Well‑developed design, specification, contract administration, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, organised, commercially aware, with strong communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and NBS is a plus, but not essential – training provided!
