The role will involve surveys, inspection, carrying out building safety reports and general defect surveys. Due to an increased workload our client is looking for the right individual to start immediately. Hybrid working conditions can be offered with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. On offer is an hourly rate up to c£50 p/h for the right individual based on an Inside IR35 assignment. Immediate start.
