The Role
- Lead below ground drainage design across a variety of projects.
- Produce surface water management reports and associated technical documentation.
- Solve technical challenges independently, with minimal supervision — ideal for engineers progressing through chartership.
- Hands-on initially, with a clear pathway to senior/leadership responsibilities and future team management.
- Develop the drainage service into a revenue-generating offering.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years’ civil engineering experience, with strong below ground drainage expertise.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ambitious with an interest in growing into leadership and managing a team.
- Experience in housing, community, sports projects, or with tier 1 contractors is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
