Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, we're looking for a talented Asset Management Consultant (M&E) to join our Operational Engineering team.

What you’ll do:
- Lead technical due diligence, dilapidation & CAPEX reporting
- Deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions
- Act as project lead on refurbishment and survey work
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to ongoing service improvements
- Support business development and manage KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and heating systems
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Previous consultancy or M&E project experience
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel to sites across regions
