A leading UK engineering consultancy is expanding its Cambridge team and is seeking Electrical Design Engineers at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high‑performing, sustainable buildings across sectors such as science & research, healthcare, commercial, and complex engineering environments.

As part of the electrical engineering team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a wide range of building projects. Senior candidates will take on greater responsibility for technical leadership, client engagement, and project delivery, while engineers at earlier career stages will receive strong support and development opportunities.

  • Provide detailed, coordinated and cost‑effective electrical design solutions for a diverse client base.
  • Design electrical systems using modern software tools and industry‑leading methodologies.
  • Deliver high‑quality technical outputs independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to innovation, research and continuous improvement in design processes.
  • Attend design team meetings, client meetings and undertake site inspections.
  • Senior candidates will lead elements of project delivery and support junior colleagues.
