What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting building and measured surveys across a diverse portfolio
  • Ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Preparing specifications, obtaining estimates, and planning maintenance programmes
  • Administering contracts for maintenance work and managing building defects
  • Handling claims and negotiations, including preparing drawings and specifications for remedial work
  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations for land and buildings

You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients from commercial, education, residential, leisure, and health sectors, managing property portfolios, projects, and transactions.
