A well-established building services consultancy has an immediate requirement for an experienced BIM Coordinator. You will be responsible for delivering data-rich 3D models and 2D engineering drawings produced using Autodesk Revit.
You will be working on a varied portfolio of projects that span a cross-section of sectors with specific local focuses on:
- Healthcare
- Schools
- Higher Education
- Commercial
- Residential
- Leisure
You will be setting up MEP project models, views, sheets, tags, and managing model health while coordinating services using clash reports and resolving issues in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be reviewing and integrating external models, producing change review documentation as required.
You will need to apply automation tools such as Dynamo and RF Tools in project workflows and support project team use of CDE systems (including BIM 360 / ACC) and understand change/information management processes.
