Bid Assistant β Built Environment Consultancy Location: London
1-Year Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Go Permanent) Β£27500 per annum
Are you a detail-driven professional with a flair for coordination and communication? A leading consultancy within the built environment sector is seeking a Bid Assistant to join their dynamic team in London.
About the RoleThis is a varied and fast-paced position where you\βll work closely with the Bids Co-ordinator, Practice Director, Project Managers, and the wider Business Support Team. You\βll play a key role in driving projects from initial enquiry through to successful bid submission and handover to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate tender activities from expression of interest to final submission
Review bid documentation and identify key requirements and deadlines
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure bid responses are tailored and complete
Proofread and format submission documents to a high standard
Support the creation of marketing and presentation materials
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
Liaise with internal teams for invoicing and compliance documentation
What We\βre Looking ForEssential Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
