Civil Infrastructure Engineer Bath £50,000 - £75,000 I am recruiting for a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing infrastructure team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to work on complex and high-profile projects ranging from local infrastructure schemes to large-scale masterplanning and urban development projects. You'll have the opportunity to influence sustainable infrastructure design while working alongside experienced technical specialists across multiple disciplines. The Role As a Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of infrastructure projects from concept through to construction. You will: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Review and deliver the design of highways, utilities and sustainable drainage systems. Manage project resources, budgets and programme delivery. Monitor project financial performance and commercial outcomes. Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and design documentation. Work closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams. Support business development activities and contribute to securing future project opportunities. Drive innovation in areas such as low-carbon infrastructure and modern design methodologies.What You'll Need To be successful, you will have: Strong experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy environment. Technical expertise in Highways/Utilities/Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and drainage design software. Membership of a relevant professional institution.
