About the Role: Our client, a leading and high-performing consultancy, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Civil Engineer – Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to lead, run, and grow their own team within a busy and dynamic environment.
Associate Civil Engineer – Team Leader Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
- Experience in drainage design and highways projects is essential.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Ideally Chartered with MICE (Near chartered would be considered)
