We’re expanding our London team and looking for a talented Associate Civil Engineer to take the lead on exciting, high-value Data Centre projects in the UK and internationally.
Your Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the civil design process on complex, fast-paced projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and global clients, delivering engineering excellence from concept through to detailed design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the civil design process, from feasibility to construction support
- Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met
- Support and guide engineers, technicians and junior staff
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams
- Engage with clients, manage relationships and represent the business
- Contribute to team development, bids, and resource planning
What You Bring:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IEng/CEng)
- Strong design background, ideally in Data Centre or similar infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Infodrainage
- Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and design responsibilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
