What you’ll be doing:
- Leading structural engineering design across a variety of building projects
- Providing technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and technicians
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development
- Managing project resources, budgets, and programmes
- Overseeing quality assurance and delivering exceptional technical outputs
- Helping shape the growth and vision of the structural engineering discipline
What we’re looking for:
- Chartered or near-Chartered Structural/Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
- Strong experience delivering building structures projects in the UK
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Excellent technical design capability across core materials (steel / concrete / timber / masonry)
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
- Desire to contribute to business development and company growth
- A passion for engineering innovation and design-led solutions
