We have opportunities for Practice Nurses to join England's leading Primary Care Providers Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across London with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
Role Responsibility
Key Duties Will Include:
- The postholder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations essential.
- They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
