Energean plc, the international oil and gas company, is seeking a UK-qualified corporate/energy lawyer to join the UK legal team in London as Legal Counsel. You will report to the Group General Counsel and support the business across corporate, commercial, M&A, and energy transactions.
This role requires strong academics, a minimum 1 year PQE, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will liaise with external advisers and contribute to governance and disputes processes.
