ENERCON Ireland is now recruiting for an Electrical Field Service Technician to be based in Omagh. As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
- Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
- Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhering to Wind Turbine Safety rules and guidelines, completing all the required documentation and reporting.
- Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Responsible for completing all computerized documentation.
- Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).
Job requirements:
- You are a qualified Electrician or have completed a level 7 Electrical Engineering Degree.
- 17th Edition of Wiring Regulations.
- Living less than 30 minutesβ drive from base location.
- Good level of personal fitness and able to pass a Working at Heights Medical (Chester step test).
- Full UK / Irish Driving Licence.
- Valid Safe Pass Card or CSR Card.
- Flexibility and high mobility required - willingness to travel to meet the company's requirements.
