BRITWALL is a fast-growing UK brand specialising in innovative wall panels and interior surface solutions for bathrooms, kitchens, commercial spaces, and large-scale projects. Our products are designed to offer design impact, ease of installation, and strong margins for showrooms, contractors, and project buyers. We are now looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to grow BRITWALL’s presence across bathroom showrooms, tile shops, facilities managers, and hospitality-led projects.
This is a field-based sales role, operating from our Luton head office, with regular travel across Bedfordshire and nearby areas. You will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and promoting BRITWALL products to key decision-makers involved in specification, purchasing, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with bathroom & kitchen showrooms, tile shops and surface specialists, facilities managers, and purchasing & procurement managers from hotels and large projects.
- Promote BRITWALL products for new build projects, refurbishments, commercial and hospitality installations.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support customers with product knowledge, samples, and pricing.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with decision-makers on product specification.
- Support projects from enquiry through to order placement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Represent BRITWALL professionally in meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments.
- Promote the brand’s unique value proposition, innovation, and design-led approach.
- Proven experience in B2B field sales.
- Background in bathrooms, tiles, building materials, interiors, or construction preferred.
- Strong ability to engage with showroom owners, managers, and project buyers.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence required.
