Responsibilities

  • Build and execute data‐driven programmatic SEO campaigns to capture high‐volume commercial intent and scale product visibility from day one.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes to identify untapped niches and audiences, deploying aggressive strategies to secure early organic leadership.
  • Design the site's semantic structure, keyword clusters, and internal linking strategies to maximize traffic and conversion rates on product pages.
  • Define measurable SEO objectives (traffic, revenue, ROI) and forecast growth to ensure optimization efforts align directly with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure SEO requirements are baked into the platform's code and UX during the build phase.
  • Monitor search trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior to swiftly pivot tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage technical site health (crawling, indexing, speed) to resolve architectural issues and support rapid organic growth.
  • Develop custom AI workflows and tools to automate research, content production, and quality assurance, reducing manual dependencies while scaling output.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2C SEO experience with a specific track record in Affiliate, Cashback, or Aggregator platforms.
  • Expert proficiency in using AI to build programmatic SEO engines that scale content production and quality control without massive manual teams.
  • Hands‐on proficiency in low‐code automation (Make.com, n8n, etc.) and scripting (Python/JS) to design custom workflows, connect APIs, and build autonomous systems for research, content generation, automation, and data indexing.
  • Deep expertise with core SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC) and product analytics (MixPanel, GA4) to correlate search rankings with conversion events.
  • Ability to translate search data into financial forecasts (traffic, conversion, revenue) and define clear KPIs for new initiative launches.
  • Proven experience designing SEO experiments to improve CTR & CR of programmatic pages, not just traffic volume.
  • Strong ability to identify tech blockers and discuss technical deliverables needed while collaborating directly with Developers and Product Managers to ensure SEO is considered at every step.
  • A history of adapting strategies quickly in response to Google Core Updates and AI Search (SGE) shifts.
