Role + Responsibilities for a Service Sales Consultant:
Endress+Hauser is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Consultant to join our regional teams. This role focuses on driving sales of our service offerings within the assigned territory. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored service-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.As a Service Sales Consultant, you\’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking to get the most out of their instrumentation and process automation assets. You’ll:
- Build lasting relationships – Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning our services to their operational goals.
- Drive growth – Promote and sell our full portfolio of service solutions (calibration, maintenance, training, technical support) to both new and existing clients.
- Deliver value – Collaborate with technical teams to design service packages that improve efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Spot opportunities – Stay ahead of market trends and uncover new service prospects within your region.
- Support success – Manage contracts, lead proposals and negotiations, and ensure ongoing satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Area Sales Managers to identify and develop new service opportunities.
