This role focuses on driving sales of our solutions offering within the assigned territory. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities for a Solutions Sales Consultant: Customer Engagement: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers within the assigned region. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operational challenges and identifying opportunities for our solutions offering. Sales Execution: Promoting and selling Endress+Hauser’s portfolio of engineered solutions Achieving or exceeding sales targets for solutions revenue in the designated territory. Preparing and delivering technical presentations to demonstrate how solutions meet our customer needs. Technical Expertise: Providing in-depth knowledge of Endress+Hauser solutions to address customer inquiries. Collaborating with technical teams to design and propose customised solutions. Market Development: Identifying new opportunities within the customer base for solution growth. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges. Participating in regional events, workshops, and customer training sessions to promote Endress+Hauser’s capabilities. Account Management: Preparing and managing proposals, quotes, and negotiations. Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and proactive issue resolution. Working with existing Area sales Managers to develop opportunities in Solutions Qualification + Profile for a Solutions Sales Consultant: Proven track record of consultative selling 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in solutions within industrial automation or process industries. Strong understanding of process automation and related service applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
