Service Sales Consultant – (Instrumentation / Process Automation) UK Wide From £50k + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

Endress+Hauser is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Consultant to join our regional teams. This role focuses on driving sales of our service offerings within the assigned territory. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored service-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities for a Service Sales Consultant:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operational challenges and identifying opportunities for our service offerings.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Promoting and selling Endress+Hauser’s portfolio of services (e.g., calibration, maintenance, training, and technical support).
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets for our service revenue in the designated territory.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of Endress+Hauser services to address customer inquiries.
  • Identifying new opportunities within the customer base for service growth.
  • Participating in regional events, workshops, and customer training sessions to promote Endress+Hauser’s capabilities.
  • Account Management:
    • Monitoring and following up on service contracts, renewals, and ongoing customer support.
    • Working with existing Area Sales Managers to develop opportunities in Service.

    Qualification + Profile for a Service Sales Consultant:

    • ~ 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in services or solutions within industrial automation or process industries.
    • ~ Strong understanding of process automation and related service applications.
    • ~ Willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers.
