Field Service Engineer – Process Instrumentation & Automation – South East of England | £45,000–£47,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Car

What You’ll Do
- Commissioning, calibrating, and repairing a wide range of electronic and mechanical process control instrumentation onsite.
- Working across diverse industries within our customer base.
- Coordinating with Service Coordinators to ensure you have the right tools, spares, and paperwork for every job.
- Building strong relationships with customers—communicating clearly before, during, and after each visit.
- Adhering to site safety rules and industry best practices, including risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
- Providing timely, accurate job reports and supporting other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control—or a recognised apprenticeship in these fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Process Control.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible, organised, and an excellent communicator.
- Full UK driving licence.
