Endress+Hauser, a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering, is looking for a dynamic Solutions Business Manager to join our team within Liquid Analytical Solutions. The Solutions Business Driver – Liquid Analytical Solutions is responsible for driving profitable growth of Liquid Analytical Solutions across the UK by converting customer process and compliance challenges into integrated, value‑led solutions. Positioning liquid analysis solutions as outcomes‑driven improvements in quality, compliance, efficiency, digitalisation, and sustainability, rather than standalone instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Liquid Analytical Solutions Growth & Pipeline Ownership
    • Identify, qualify, and develop Liquid Analytical Solutions opportunities across priority industries and applications.
    • Build and manage a value‑based LAS pipeline, ensuring correct scoping, technical fit, and commercial viability.
    • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking via CRM systems.
  • Customer Consulting & Application Leadership
    • Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor on liquid analysis applications (e.g. water quality, CIP/SIP, compliance monitoring, process control, emissions to water).
    • Lead customer discussions focused on process performance, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and lifecycle cost.
    • Translate customer challenges into integrated Liquid Analytical Solution concepts, combining instrumentation, digital tools, and engineered services where applicable.
    • Apply AI‑driven insights to reinforce frequent, targeted value messaging with priority customers and market segments.
  • Opportunity & Sales Support
    • Coordinate internal resources (External Sales, Industry Managers, LAS specialists, Service, Solution Centres) to deliver coherent, competitive solutions proposals.
    • Contribute to proposal strategy, pricing logic, and differentiation to improve win rates.
    • Support sales colleague enablement through targeted training, coaching, and deal-based guidance to strengthen solution selling capability in Liquid Analytical Solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional & Portfolio Alignment
    • Work closely with Sales, Industry, Marketing, Service, and Project teams to embed Liquid Analytical Solutions into everyday customer engagement.
    • Ensure clear and effective handover to execution, protecting customer expectations on performance, scope, and delivery.
    • Provide structured feedback into the Liquid Analytical Solutions portfolio, highlighting gaps, repeatability, and scaling opportunities.
  • Capability Building & Solutions Culture
    • Act as an LAS Solutions ambassador, raising application and solution‑selling capability across the UK sales organisation.
    • Support coaching and enablement of colleagues to identify, position, and develop LAS opportunities.
    • Champion consistent use of solutions processes, tools, and governance.
