Analytik Jena UK Ltd is part of the Endress + Hauser Group, a leading provider of analytical measurement technology and life science solutions. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to support our UK operations based in White City, London. This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our business. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our office and laboratory facilities while providing support across administration, finance, HR, sales, and service operations. The Role

As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of our UK office and act as a central point of coordination for multiple business functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM and business systems including Salesforce and INFOR
  • Coordinate UK office operations and facilities management
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for sales and service personnel
  • Organise exhibitions, trade shows, marketing materials, and demonstration equipment
  • Support lead generation activities
  • Coordinate monthly payroll administration with support from accounts team
  • HR Administration for Analytik UK team
  • Service and operational support

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Business Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
