Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating the day-to-day activities of the Field Service Engineers
  • Interfacing with customers by telephone and email
  • Raising and processing quotes on Salesforce and SAP for reactive site visits
  • Being aware of technicians'/engineers' technical ability to support effective planning
  • Provision of all relevant information prior to engineers' visits
  • Ordering and booking spare parts to boot stock for all site visits
  • Supporting our Smart Support Systems
  • Arranging parts to be sent to site
  • Supporting tooling administration activities
  • Assisting with background operational and administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the planning function and wider service team

Qualifications

  • Previous planning background is essential
  • Customer rapport building skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Assertiveness
  • Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box
  • To be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
