At Endra, our vision is to produce software of exceptional quality. Attaining this standard requires both talent and ownership. We seek individuals who care deeply about the quality of the software we deliver, whether their focus is engineering, design, support, or sales.

As a Product Specialist, you are the bridge between our vision and the engineers who use it. You will own the technical success of our customers, from the final stages of the sales pitch through to full-scale adoption. You aren’t just 'support'; you are a product expert, a teacher, and a critical feedback loop for our engineering team.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner in the pitch. Join the GTM team on discovery and technical calls to work through complex requirements and show off what makes Endra so special.
  • Own the transition from sales to success with white glove precision. You’ll lead pre-kick-off sessions with decision makers to align on goals and ensure the platform is configured perfectly for their needs.
  • Conduct deep-dive training sessions and demos (on-site and online) for super users, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to become champions within their domains. Empower and guide users to roll out Endra into the wider organization.
  • Closely monitor customer activity during the critical first 0-90 days. You’ll lead bi-weekly training sessions to resolve 'how-to' questions and ensure users are working lightning fast.
  • Collaborate closely with our product engineers to translate customer feedback into tangible insights for the product roadmap, ensuring these insights drive concrete product improvements. You will be a key stakeholder for the product organization, significantly influencing the product roadmap.
  • Provide sustained support and consultation to ensure long-term customer success and value realization.
  • Collaborate with the GTM and Marketing team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.

Who you are:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end electrical workflows, from concept through permit and construction documents.
  • 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a top-tier firm.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit for large complex electrical systems.
  • Deep ownership. You understand your problem domain and take full responsibility for the customer’s journey.
  • You can speak the language of AEC engineering and technical architecture while maintaining a human-first, intuitive approach to communication.
  • No bullshit mentality. You talk straight to the point. You value truth and velocity over ego.
  • You thrive in high-velocity environments and enjoy working alongside other top-tier talent.

How we think and work:

  • Less is more: We simplify and ship smaller, fast.
  • Build the right things: We listen carefully and build what users actually need.
  • Velocity & Quality: We build things that last, but we don’t perfect them forever.
  • Trust & Collaboration: Strong opinions, loosely held.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Employee-friendly equity terms.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Regular team events and off-sites.
  • An inspiring, ambitious, and global work environment.
