Equality, diversity and inclusivity statement
We are committed to valuing diversity of our staff, volunteers and community. We are dedicated to building an organisation where people are respected for who they are and ensuring we are truly representing those who we serve. Research into health inequalities in the UK shows that people from marginalised communities are more likely to experience poor healthcare. We recognise they are also underrepresented within the endometriosis community, as well as our workforce. For this reason, we encourage applications from people from marginalised communities. These include people who are disabled, from ethnic minorities and LGBTQIA+.
