Endometriosis remains underfunded, under-researched, and widely misunderstood. Our work focuses on challenging inequalities in care, amplifying lived experience, and pushing for better, more inclusive health outcomes. By shaping and delivering our fundraising activity, the Fundraising Manager will directly support the stability and growth of the organisation. This includes shaping how we raise funds, supporting campaigns and appeals, and helping turn supporter interest into meaningful, values-aligned income. You will play a central role in ensuring we can continue and expand our work.
Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating fundraising activity, supporting and overseeing fundraising volunteers, and working closely with our Events Manager to integrate fundraising into events. You will also help build and maintain positive relationships with supporters, donors, and partners, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and connected to our impact.
You will work alongside a small, committed team and report to the Funding & Fundraising Trustee, Operations Manager, and Founder. Strategic direction is provided by the Board of Trustees, while day-to-day delivery is supported by the operations and events teams. You will have clear boundaries, support, and oversight, but also genuine scope to shape how fundraising develops.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will help plan fundraising approaches and also support making them happen — whether that’s coordinating campaigns, supporting volunteers, or contributing to ideas for new income streams. We are open to different fundraising approaches and welcome creativity, as long as activity remains ethical, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
