We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager for Kingston to lead operations at one of our Learning and Lifestyle centres within the Home & Community Division. Our Learning and Lifestyle centres support people with disability to connect, learn and explore their communities. Through exciting programming, these centres create opportunities for people to grow their skills, build meaningful friends and enjoy a welcoming space to be themselves.

This key role involves not only overseeing operations but also guiding and motivating a dedicated team. We are looking for the right person who will thrive on the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the Logan community, foster growth in a high demand region and maintain a high quality, person centred and vibrant service.

Day to day responsibilities may include:

  • End-to-end management of a community site, ensuring a person-centred approach to supports, personalised planning and development for all people with disability.
  • Developing a team environment where employees can identify and solve problems to ensure the personalised planning process translates into action, whilst ensuring sustainable, profitable and a customer‑centric service delivery experience.
  • Ensuring team members are fully trained and aware of individual client requirements.
  • Supervising a team on rotating roster cycles to maintain effective site operations and mitigate operational challenges.
  • Promoting Endeavour Foundation’s full suite of service offerings and exploring effective customer engagement strategies via focus groups, improved area committee liaison, and data interpretation.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing person centred agreements and products for new and existing individuals.
  • Ensuring a sustainable business model.

What you can bring to the team:

  • Desirable: Qualifications in Human Services or a related field, or extensive relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector, and experience within Community services support for people with a disability.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person centred supports, including to people with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision and NDIS.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.
