Endeavour Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking to add another driven Recruitment Consultant to our team. We specialise in IT recruitment globally, working with clients across the UK, Europe and Africa. Our client base includes well-known organisations across technology, defence, finance, healthcare, and enterprise environments. We’re proud of our long-standing client relationships, our reputation for delivery, and our high-energy, supportive team culture. Our office is based in the waterside village of Hamble, just 15 minutes from Southampton, a short walk from Hamble train station, and close to major bus routes.
The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused recruitment role. You’ll be on the phones, speaking with candidates and clients, managing roles end-to-end, and making things happen.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (candidate sourcing through to placement)
- Proactively sourcing candidates via CV databases and job boards
- Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Working multiple live roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiating offers, contracts, and start dates
- Consistently delivering against targets and deadlines
